Over 9 big announcements in the course of the night including God of War III, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned, Uncharted 2 plus more.

Oh and some awards and shit.

00:03am GMT: Morning all, how are we?

If your a gaming fan, particuarly if your a fan of God of War, Uncharted, GTA IV or Gears of War 2, boy are you in for a surprise.

The first ever footage of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned, first gameplay of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, the first ever gameplay of God of War III and a big announcement for Gears of War 2 as well as 7 other announcements, 2 of which have been unconfirmed to the public eye.

00:13am: It seems that the Gears of War 2 surprise announcement has jumped onto the net already and it may not be a big expansion similar to Halo 3: ODST.

It seems that it’s a map pack for Gears 2 for multiplayer and Horde known as Combustible Map Pack. It’ll be available tonight from 00:00PST, 3:00EST and 8:00am GMT on Xbox Live Marketplace.

00:21am: So, as well as the big hitters like Uncharted 2, God of War III and GTA IV: TLaD, you got other games. Here is the full list of games publically announced to debut at the show.

00:34am: It’s also worth mentioning that while there are 9 games being revealed tonight (8 actually being revealed, the other is a Gears 2 announcement we mentioned at 00:13am), there are two more to be revealed.

One of them has leaked onto the net and it is a game based on the book, Dante’s Inferno. It will be multiplatform for the PLAYSTATION 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

The other one is unknown but here is a list of 3 games which it could be.

• Team ICO
• Mass Effect 2
• Half Life 2: Episode Three

Quite frankly, I want it to be Team ICO but realisticlly, but still great news none the less if true, it has to be Half Life 2: Ep 3 as Doug Lombardi of Valve did say they may show some footage before the end of the year for the game.

00:40am: By the way, there is an unrelated topic I wanna bring up and that is the Final Fantasy XIII trailers.

The trailers came out on Friday night and I have them here ready to put on our YouTube channel but here is the thing. Square Enix is blocking any video of the two trailers going on the internet, not just YouTube but many more sites as such. The only site they dont seem to be taking on is GameTrailers.

Anyways, needless to say, the second them videos are allowed to go on YouTube, we will put them on our channel.

You should get this right away the second it’s out’s next year.

02:28am: Peter Moore is out to premiere Fight Night Round 4.

His first appearence at the VGA’s I believe since he unveiled 24: The Game in 2005.
