Nintendo: Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid: Other M Still Down for 2010
Speaking in the latest GameTrailers TV, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils Amie has reafirmed that Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M will be coming next year.
Both games were announced at the company’s E3 press conference back in June. Galaxy 2 is the first time two 3D Mario games have appeared on the same Nintendo home platform.
“We’re in the middle of finalising the game,” revealed Shigeru Miyamoto, who was speaking on the game.
“The idea is that we’ve created almost entirely new courses for Mario Galaxy 2, the courses we added, some new new abillties for Mario and the goal is to take the system and the gameplay of the original Super Mario Galaxy, and turn it into something thats a little bit more expanded and offers a great deal of challenge for people who enjoyed that first game.”
Thanks, GoNintendo.

Metroid Other M looks amazing. I can’t wait for this game. 2010 is way too far off
