Sony submit two new PS3 Slim models to the FCC

Sony have submitted two new SKU’s to the FCC, CECH-2101A and CECH-2101B, for approval.

What has been changed in the consoles isn’t clear, with components like Bluetooth and the 802.11 wireless remaining as they are in the current consoles.

PS3News is speculating that it could well just be that the wireless components have a new manufacturer and this is the reason for being submitted again to the FCC, which seems like a logical assumption from us.
