Play.com top of customer satisfaction survey
A recent survey by Retail Week has found that Play.com has come in first place in a customer satisfaction survey based on consumers’ satisfaction.
The survey found that the last three quarters had seen a decline in satisfaction and that this was the first improvement in consumers happiness for almost a year.
Play.com achieved a customer satisfaction score of 88, up 1% and Amazon came second with 87% after experiencing a 2% rise.
