European Game Releases [9/6/08 - 13/6/08]

Clearly obvious what the big game of this week is…no, its not MGS4. It’s…Hannah Montana: Music Jam for the DS!!! Go Hannah!!! Alright, we’ll be serious now considering we dont do the handhelds (Sorry Nintendo, Montana aint gonna do much good for you here…) and that if you think that there is a much better game then MGS4 coming out this week, I’d like to hear it…because there aint (The closest is the Wii port of the spetacular PS2 game Okami)

Thursday June 12th:

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots + Metal Gear Online 2 – PlayStation 3

Friday June 13th 2008:

Don King Presents: Prizefighter Boxing – Xbox 360
Emergincy Heroes – Nintendo Wii
Family Ski – Nintendo Wii
Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour – Nintendo Wii
NASCAR 09 – Xbox 360
Okami – Nintendo Wii
Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution – PlayStation 3 & Xbox 360
The Incredible Hulk – Xbox 360

Our Top 3 to Look Out For:

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots – This one pretty much doesnt need a reason why it should be looked out for or infact why you should get a PS3 if you don’t have one. Forget Uncharted: Drakes Fortune or Unreal Tournament III, the holy grail of PS3 exclusives has arrived.

Okami – A port of the Playstation 2 verison for the Wii, the game’s simple and yet beautiful art style just gives you a reason why you should get this game if you didnt for the PS2 plus as Clover Studio’s final game (The port was done by another studio though), it’s a great tribute to the guys who lost their jobs at Clover.

The Incredible Hulk – The last 2 Hulk games have been a treat and this one looks like no exception. This time, Sega have taken over the reins from Vivendi and Sierra to make the game which ties in with the movie released this week staring Ed Norton. If MGS4 or Okami dont take your fancy, this could be the game for you this week.

Check back next week when we have for you Alone in the Dark, Singstar Vol 2 (Featuring Radiohead’s Street Spirit =D), the PS3 verison of the Incredible Hul, Top Spin 3, and the one off appearence of a hand-held game on the site: Crisis Core – Final Fantasy VII.
