Grand Theft Auto IV: Episode One Dated for February 17th, Titled The Lost and The Damned
USA Today has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto IV: Episode One, the first of the two episodes to be released exclusively on the Xbox 360, will go on sale from February 17th 2009 saying it will be called Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and The Damned.
You will NOT be playing as Niko Bellic on some wild adventure to San Andreas, instead, you will be playing as Johnny Klebitz who you may remember was a drug dealer in the main game for a biker’s gang, The Lost, and is also most likely releated to Bruce Klebitz, that mad bastard who ran a chop shop in the game and best friends with Roman.
Dan Houser, President of Rockstar Games, said to US Today:
“Johnny is a very different character than Niko, with a very different background. I can’t go into too much detail on the story, because we try not to give away too much plot before the game is released. But I can say that the story will show you a different side of Liberty City.”
Houser also said that Niko will be in the episodic content one way or another but will only be a bit player this time.
