Bayonetta Dated for Fall 2009 & Demoed Live in Public for First Time
Platinum Games have demoed Bayonetta for the first time in the public eye at the Spring showcase for the Xbox 360 in Tokyo. Platinum also re-confirmed the game would be released in Fall 2009, like they did last week in Japan.
Yusuke Hashimoto of Platinum showed the game, where in the demo, coming from various sources reporting from the conference, mixing hand to hand and gunplay combat, similar to that of Devil May Cry. Of course, what do you expect, the game’s from Hideki Kamiya, who created the DMC series. There was also a new trailer as well to boot.
It also sounds like the game will have elements that are similar to that of Platinum’s other game right now, Madworld on the Wii. Apparently, the main character Bayonetta pushes an enemy into a guillotine,with said weapon slicing his head off, according to andriasang.
It’s out this year for PS3 as well as 360.

ooooo yes please i would love to see alot of blood and gore in this game.
kind of Ninja gaiden 2 with limbs flying left right and center and blood fountains that would put kill bill to shame

my god my chest has not been this saw from pissing myself laughing after playing a video game, now i can see what all those xbots have been tooting there horn over and i must admit.
