Rockstar has formally announced Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and The Damned, the first of two exclusive DLC episodes, for the Xbox 360 to be released on Tuesday February 17th 2009.

No price was given but it will be forthcoming although it could be as high as £29.99 or in Microsoft Points, thats probably over 3,500MS points.

The press release we got also states that the main Grand Theft Auto IV is needed to play The Lost and the Damned.
