E3 2009: Peter Molyneux to Make Big Announcement at 5am BST [UPDATE]

UPDATE: Molyneux will still be overseeing Lionhead, but is now the creative director for Microsoft Games Studios Europe.

Original Story: As if his new Natal game wasn’t big enough, Lionhead president Peter Molyneux is to make another announcement at 5am BST, thats 12am EST according to a . But is it on a game? No:

just off to the show now, ready for the anouncement, its not to do with any project but rather more to do with me

And infact, there are reports going about tonight that he is actually about to step down from Lionhead. As to what capacity; retirement, new postition in Microsoft, leave Lionhead, we dont know. We will know tomorrow morning.

Hopefully, it wont be retirement as Molyneux is one of gaming’s biggest legends. We hope for the best.
