Well, it’s announced but Naughty Dog did also give a brand new trailer for the game, the first since the VGA’s in December, and also the first to show the game’s multiplayer.Tap that thing after the jump, it’s out this Fall for the PS3.

Original Story: God knows how many stories we’ve published since Thursday and now, but at long last, Naughty Dog have announced multiplayer for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.
Evan Wells of Naughty Dog made the announcment a short time ago on the PS Blog.
The beta will start on June 3rd in the US, no announcement made for the UK or EU yet (HURRY THE FECK UP AND GET BACK TO US ABOUT THAT, SCEE! Plz?) on if we’ll get the beta too. Beta codes will be packed in with copies of inFamous.
“It shouldn’t be a surprise that we had to grow our studio to tackle the task of creating fully-realized multiplayer and co-op modes that would live up to our own high standards and do the UNCHARTED universe justice,” said Wells.
“I’m incredibly proud at the excellent work our team has done so far and it shows in the solid gameplay and incredible polish of the little slice we showed press last week.”.

WET – 6 New Screenshots

Bethesda, announced as the new publisher to WET, have released 6 new screens after the jump. It looks pretty sweet too, looks like it could be a must buy from the looks of it.

It’s been confirmed that Bethesda will publish WET, to be released this fall for PS3 and 360. The game’s future was in doubt after the game was dropped by former publisher, Activision, when it merged with Blizzard last summer. But now, the game’s future is now safe in the hands of the studio behind Elder Scrolls and Fallout 3, having gone without a publisher since the game was dropped by Acti-Blizz with devleopment been done by A2M.
“We’re very excited about the opportunity to bring WET to all gamers,” said Vlatko Andonov, president of Bethesda Softworks. “Our proven success as a publisher which focuses on select, innovative titles matches up perfectly with WET’s new class of gameplay.”

Even more info has emerged of the now real multiplayer for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. From a preview on an , it shows:
-The beta version allows you to play at the same level shown so far, a citizen of Nepal, both by co-operating in multiplayer.
-Both modes can not be played in split-screen, but only by exploiting the connection online.
-The co-operative mode is playable with up to 3 players: Nathan Drake , Chloe Frazer and third more like a guide of the place
-The co-operative story is different from single-player story
-Mini-bosses are present in each section
-You can help another player before he dies
-Players will revive after a few seconds
-Multiplayer mode you can play up to 8 players, 4 on each side
-The missions available for the multiplayer mode are now 2:
–Rid the territory by killing enemies (like ‘deatmatch’)
–Retrieve a gold item (as a treasure) from the enemy territory and carry him safely in his (like ‘capture flag’)
-Using the headset is very useful especially to overcome an important point. The weapons available are up to 2 (one gun and another one among rifle, machine gun, grenade launcher) and some hand grenades.
Still waiting from SCEE to confirm it, and to see if the demo is coming with inFamous on May 29th.

Sony’s dated Sucker Punch’s inFamous for May 29th, according to MCV. The game was already dated for May 26th in the US, but an unofficial date wasnt given for EU and UK until now.
But is this the electryfing announcement Sony has in store for you tonight? Noooo, of course not, its to do with inFamous AND Uncharted 2 together, like this. We’re still waiting to hear from Sony by the way about that, to see if the demo is coming with the game in the EU and UK, like it is in the US.
The Chronicles of Riddick Fails to Top Wii Fit in UK Charts

New Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Info Emerges

Well, it’s nigh on confirmed that Uncharted 2 will now have multiplayer, the first screens came out earlier this morning, but we’re still waiitng for a response from Sony on it.
But new info has emerged of the co-op, it goes like this:
* Multiplayer co-op for three players: Different story than single-player. Zones and actions in the map required for two and three players. Mini bosses in each section. Players will revive after a few seconds (less if aided by another player).
* Deathmatch: Four-on-four, and you can choose two skills. Exploration is needed to find the strongest weapons.
* Capture the Treasure: Like CTF. Four-on-four trying to steal treasure from the enemy base.
SEGA Video Shows Off Bayonetta and End of Eternity

A YouTube video has emerged of the Sega conference, held in Tokyo from 2 weeks ago, which shows off Bayonetta and End of Eternity at the event. It looks pretty good, a nice half hour of Sarah Palin kicking ass, followed then by decent RPG gameplay.
Catch the vid after the jump, there is some other stuff shown there too other then Bayonetta and EoE which looks alright. No Valkyria Chronicles 2 though, if you really wanna know.
Bayonetta’s out this year for PS3 & 360, no date yet for EoE but thats coming also to PS3 & 360.
