EALA creative director Richard Farrelly today told CVG that the PlayStation 3 will be the main platform for their forthcoming Medal of Honor title.
Farrelly said “We’re working hard to deliver the exact same experience across all platforms. I think for me the most important thing is for everyone that plays Medal Of Honor is satisfied… I guess the benefit to the PS3 owner is that we’re leading on it, so we’ll maximise what that platform can do for our game.”
Famitsu have crowned the PS3 as having the highest average review score in history.
It narrowly pipped the Xbox 360 with 45.03% of titles being awarded the Gold award compared to 43.33% of the 360.

Square Enix have just unveiled the launch trailer for Just Cause 2 which you can catch after the break. As with the Metro 2033 trailer, the accompanying track is awesome, this time it’s Propane Nightmares by Pendulum.

Square’s PR gives some pretty awesome facts, “Players have driven a distance equivalent to a trip from the earth to the moon and back four times; Panau Island has lost almost 30 million of its population (with approximately 2.5 million headshots, almost a million drivers hurled from hijacked vehicles and 27,000 Piñata kills); and players have BASE jumped the equivalent of a freefall through the Earth’s core, pole-to-pole, twice.”
Pretty awesome, right? Just Cause 2 launches March 26th.
