Rockstar’s announced the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony is coming next Tuesday.
They’ve also confirmed in the that a trailer for Episodes from Liberty City will also be released on September 1st. A couple of frames in the trailer cant be found at the link through here.
Both Ballad of Gay Tony and Episodes from Liberty City are out on October 29th.

GameStop have listed Final Fantasy XIII on their website, for both PS3 and Xbox 360, down for June 22nd 2010. This come as producer Yoshinori Kitase told our friends at VG247 at GamesCom last week that the game would be released in Spring 2010 in the US and Europe.
Now normally, that wouldn’t mean anything. That is until a piece of info comes into play that has come out tonight. Japanese journalists and select Western journalists have been invited to a Japanese premiere party of the game, which takes place on September 8th.
The Western date? We don’t know. But expect the Japanese date regardless anyways. It’s due in time for Christmas in Japan anyways for PlayStation 3.

Rockstar’s put out two brand new concept art for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Not much there, just two wallpapers showing Gay Tony himself and an unknown mystery brunette.

It’s out on October 29th, exclusive to Xbox 360… or at least, it could still be for the next couple of hours.
UPDATE: Rockstar’s just published the first screens of Chinatown Wars for the PSP. No use to us (yet…), but they did say there would “lots of announcmenets”. Go take a look here if you want.

But Rockstar has tweeted that they have “Lots of announcements” coming today. It comes as they re-launched their website (we know some other site re-launching too), saying the news on their .

Make of that as you will. But we’ve sent off an email to Rockstar anyways to see if we should set our expectations high or not.
Eurogamer’s confirmed that it’s bringing Mass Effect 2 in playable form to it’s expo in October.
Also going is Army of Two: The 4oth Day. While we haven’t had the press release yet, it was confirmed by, what everybody uses nowadays to confirm stuff, a .
“Time to end the speculation. You’ll be playing Mass Effect 2 and Army of Two: The 40th Day at the Expo!”
The Expo takes place in Leeds from October 27th-28th, and in London on October 30th-31st. Army of Two: The 40th Day from EA is due in January, while Mass Effect 2 is due in early 2010, also from EA.
Why do we mention this? We’re going! More specifically, we’re going to the London leg.

Microsoft has announced that the Xbox 360 will now get a price-cut for the Elite, a price-hike for the Arcade and the discontinuation of the Pro SKU.
Starting off, the Elite is now at £199/$299. Less then a PS3 Slim by £50 in the UK, but on par with it in the US. Meanwhile, the Arcade gets a price-hike of £159.99, up £30.

Eidos sent us over a brand new trailer for Batman: Arkham Asylum yesterday. The launch trailer for the game, basically.

It’s out on Friday for the PS3 and Xbox 360. It was released today in the US.
Sony’s sent out a newsletter to anyone signed up to their newsletter for the PSN detailing the first movies coming to the EU PS Movie Store later on this year.
Star Trek, Terminator Salvation, Gran Torino, Angels and Demons and The Dark Knight are the first movies confirmed, with more also confirmed in the newsletter and more to be confirmed before release.

It’ll be out in certain EU countires, including the UK, later on this year. Everywhere else waits until 2010. It was announced in Cologne last week.

Eidos has confirmed that Batman: Arkham Asylum releases in the US as of today.
Yes, today. Which means you should all go out and buy it today if you live in the US.
As for the UK lot, you have to wait three more days until it releases.
