It seems now that until February 27th, we cant go one day without any big Killzone 2 news but then again, who wouldnt.
According to PS3 Attitude, the newest issue of OPM has hit subscribers with the issue containing one of the first reviews of the game with it been given a 9/10.

EA Confirm the Existence of Mass Effect 2

EA have confirmed to Videogamer.com that Mass Effect 2 does exist and that Bioware is working on the development of the game right now.
BioWare have said that Mass Effect would be a trillogy of games and has been rumored to be in development since last October with confirmation coming at a listing for a session showing the development of the game showed on the website for the Game Developers Conference which will take place between March 24th – March 29th.

Zavvi Cuts 353 Jobs as 18 Stores Close

Zavvi have announced further job cuts of up to 353 jobs as well as the announcement that 18 of their stores, including their flagship store at Picadilly Square in London with a resounding 110 jobs to go there, are set to close.
Meanwhile, 59 jobs at Zavvi stores in Northern Ireland are also cut after the announcement of closures in Newtonabbey, the Buttercrane shopping Centre in Newry, the Castlecourt shopping centre in Belfast and GOONL!NE’s local Zavvi in the Foyleside shopping centre in Derry.

GOONL!NE is 1 Year Old Today

Well, it was Monday January 14th 2008 we started GOONL!NE aka GOONL!NE is 1 year old.
Well, GOONL!NE isnt as such 1 year old, that would actually be Gamzsone V3, the name we used to be under till July 2008, that would be when GOONL!NE is a year old but it was at this point we started GOONL!NE.
We have gone very far in a year and it’s all because of you for reading, commenting and other things so from us, thank you very much, you have been amazing to us.
We hope you’ll keep reading with us as we post more of the same of news, hands on previews and unbiased reviews as well as some opinion pieces which we havent really done in a long time but hey, we’ll give it a pop as well as some pretty cool things we have in the pipeline coming in 2009.

CONFIRMED: No Co-Op in Killzone 2

Gurreilla Games have confirmed to GOONL!NE as well as PSU that Killzone 2 will not have co-op in the game, be that on release or in a patch released after the launch of the game. It comes after we brought news last night that a NEOGafer went to CES last week with a rep from GG confirming that co-op would be patched soon after the release of the game.

Killzone 2 to Be Patched with Co-Op Soon After Launch [UPDATE]

Thats how long we have until K-Day arrives when Killzone 2 finally launches on February 27th in the UK. With an epic story, a multiplayer which will rival that of Call of Duty 4 and graphics which are very close to Crysis like stuff, you cant help but be excited for Killzone 2.
But it seems that there are a few people miffed about one thing: no co-op in the game.
It probably wont bother most people that are buying the game that it doesnt have co-op but it will piss off a few peeps.
However, for both camps, good news, there will be co-op down the line according to Gurreilla Games.

New screens for Final Fantasy XIII have emerged overnight in Japan and… well, needless to say, they look amazing.
As well as them screens, we have new info on the game, both gameplay and storywise. The game will have a seemless battle system in the game with no notice of a transition when going into battle. Example: when you see a mob of enemies on the screen, thats what you get, the only thing is to decide to fight or not.
