Eyepet

Someone let the cat-monkey-rabbit thing out of the bag…

GOONL!NE has snapped some exclusive pictures of some lucky so and so playing the Eyepet Online Beta on their PSN account. Seeing as how Eyepet has NO online play feature at all, it’s rather confusing; does this mean the 2010 American release will have online, or a patch is heading to the European versions allowing you to play with a friend’s pet over the ether? We can only speculate…

The pictures are after the jump.

PS3 Fired Into Bravia TV At 50 MPH

ps3

Yeah, you’ve always wanted to. There’s something in the human brain that means we love nothing more than things being fired at more fragile things in slow motion. And an advert for the PS3 in Australia tap into that perfectly, with a matte PS3 Slim being hurtled into a Sony Bravia TV at 50 mph. Maybe it’s trying to symbolize the materialistic nature of the modern capitalist world, but it’s most likely because they were bored and wanted to see the inside of a TV.

Either way, it’s well worth a watch after the jump.

A trailer for the movie Assassin’s Creed: Lineage has been released.

The film is a blend of real-life footage and CGI, craftily carving up the plot of Assassin’s Creed II, which follows Ezio round Italy as he stabs stuff. Here’s a little synopsis:

“Assassin’s Creed: Lineage is the story of Eizo (Main Character in Assassin’s Creed 2) & his father – Giovanni Auditore da Firenze. Is Giovanni an assassin? How did he die and Why does Eizo become an assassin? All answers will be explained.”

Sounds tempting. For now, you’ll just have to pause at the part of the trailer when that dude gets his throat torn open.
