Meanwhile, Beatles g0t 9, Ninja Gaiden Sigma II got a 9 and WET got a 4.

TGS 09: Splinter Cell: Conviction Dated for February 2010

splinter-cell-convictionUbisoft’s confirmed at TGS that Splinter Cell: Conviction will get a US release of February 23.

No date yet though for Europe. We’ll check in with Ubisoft about a possible EU date.

TGS 09: SCEJ Announce PS3 FFXIII Bundle

FFXIII PS3 Bundle

Sony and Square Enix have announced they are to release a Final Fantasy XIII bundle in Japan.

The bundle will contain a 250GB PS3 Slim with a copy of FFXIII, while the console also contains a lovely artwork featuring Lightning. It’ll retail for ¥41,600 when it goes on release with the game on December 17th.

TGS 09: Gran Turismo 5 Dated for March 2010 in Japan

Gran Turismo 5 will be released in March 2010 in Japan. The news came from Kazunori Yamauchi at a second SCEJ press conference after the Kaz Hirai keynote.

It looks like your only fix for GT on a PS3 is Prologue for now. That, or GT for the PSP if you want.

Until today, it had been widely speculated that the game would see a released by Christmas.

Zipper Insist It’d Be “great” if They Did MAG DLC

Speaking at a hands-on event in Dublin earlier tonight, Zipper Creative Director Ed Byrne told GOONL!NE it’d be “great” if they could do DLC for MAG.

Although he did say that after refusing to discuss any plans on the said plans for DLC.

“I can not coment on that. It would be great” said Byrne, when we asked about DLC for the game.

TGS 09: CONFIRMED: Nintendo Announce Wii Price-Cut

Nintendo’s just announced a price-cut for the Wii, one which has been rumored for some time now. The price is now $199, down from $249 in the US and Japan.

TGS 09: Gran Turismo 5 Development at 65%

Well, hello there Gran Turismo 5, we may be seeing you in 2009 after all.

The game is cited as 65% finished in a TGS brochure waiting for anybody attending the Kaz Hirai keynote, which will kick off as this goes live.

2009 date during the keynote? Almost certainly.

TGS 09: Kojima and Capcom’s Inafune Announce Support of Natal

NatalMicrosoft’s put out a press release announcing the publishers and partners toiling away at Project Natal.

The 360 motion controller now has support from Konami, Capcom, Square Enix and MTV Games, which may hint at a Rock Band based Natal game.

But the biggest news is a panel that will be happening today. When in BST we dont know, but the panel does contain MGS creator Hideo Kojima and Capcom’s Kenji Inafune, as well as SEGA’s Toshihiro Nagoshi. We shall see what happens later today.

Rising with Natal? Chainsaws in Dead Rising 3 thanks to the camera? We shall see.

Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising ‘Eagle Offensive’ Video

It’s that time again, folk, where Codemasters show off how awesome they are.

A new video, released..literally a minute ago, is taken from the game; mission 4, called Eagle Offensive. It tasks the USMC with instructions to take, secure and hold a captured PLA airfield on the lush island of Skira. Hey, enough of the talking; watch the video and see the awesome for yourself.
