PSN or WiiiWare users, sitting on the windowsill for a Trials HD version for your respective console? You may sit there a little while longer yet possibly.
RedLynx CEO Tero Virtala has exclusively said to GOONL!NE that it’s “far too early” in deciding whenever there will be a PSN or WiiWare version of the game or any other possible Trials game for that matter, stating that they’re only focusing on the upcoming DLC for the game.
“It’s far too early to say anything on the future steps with Trials. We are still focusing on Trials HD and on the DLC coming,” said Virtala.
“In general, we’ve been really positively taken how fluent the development has been for XBLA, tools were in really good order, the Microsoft people truly were both gamers and experts in their own fields and gave us excellent support during the development. And of course Xbox Live at the same providers a big user base, so also commercial success is a very realistic possibility at Xbox Live. So continuing with Trials in general on XBLA is definitely a strong alternative.”
